Sunday we went to sacrament meeting in the Mulsay Ward in the stake center. We listened to a talk on the benefits of seminary attendance by Jared Sulub, an outstanding young man whose dad is a maintenance technician at the temple and the president of the little branch at Celestun. The stake president, Jasper Lira, and Elder González were the main speakers. At this ward, too, David commented that he was impressed by the level of education and of spirituality shown by the speakers.

The travelers returned to Mérida Saturday evening, sunburned but content with the Mayaland experiences they had down the coast of the state of Quintana Roo and into the country of Belize. We stayed up late to hear their experiences and see their pictures. Since the pictures are on my computer, I will put some on in the hopes of encouraging wanderlust in someone else:)
