Cheryl's wants were very simple. Since her accident the only thing she asked for was a new hand. Sis. Dyer suggested we fill one of the gloves from the temple and present it to her, so we used a kilo of white beans so she could have some food storage if needed.
Sis. Mortenson offered to bring a cake and make the "green" spaghetti that is a favorite for special parties here. I made the "red" spaghetti, keeping a little sauce out for Sis. Verlinden who doesn't eat beef, pork, or chicken. Sis. Dyer made lemonade and the Richards brought a green salad and the french bread. The men set up the tables and the piñata. For a surprise, the evening turned very cool by 7:00 P.M. so it was time to go home.
Your parties look like a lot of fun. Glad you have friends who are like family to celebrate milestones. :)
