President and Sis. Richards are here! They arrived the final day of the closing, and we began to breathe easier, hoping that soon we will be able to split the work of the temple 3 ways.
As we learn more about them, I will add details until the post is finished. For now, we have learned a few things about them. They were temple missionaries here before we came--___________ to January 2008--and share a great love with the workers and patrons who are very happy to have them back. Sis. Richards gave piano lessons in the Aeropuerto chapel when they were here previously.
They come from Utah, having served most recently in the Ogden Temple. Brother Richards taught art until he wanted to make a better living for his family, then he opened a sign company. Sis. Richards taught kindergarten until she retired to serve their mission.
Their family includes a daughter who does quilting and a son who is 37 years old and not married. She has already given email addresses of temple workers who are available.
